Material:-

1.You have to take 4/3 cup of nonfat Plain curd.

2.You have to take, 100% 1/3 fruit juice.

3.You have to take 1 1/2 cups, 7 1/2 ounces of frozen fruit, such as Raspberries and pineapple or peaches, blueberries.

4.If you wish, you can add 2/3 mint leaves.

5.You can add 1/2 teaspoon sahad as per your wish.

Method:-

First of all, take a blender, add juice to it, add curd as well and blend it well until it becomes smooth puree Get it done. If you wish then add mint leaves also for better taste, now Along with running the motor,There are holes on the other side, now add the fruits from that side, and mix well until smooth Let it become puree.
