Ingredients:-

1.Take 1 cup chopped almonds.

2.All you need is 10 ounces of bacon (10 slices).

3.Take 3 large romaine hearts, cut into small pieces (about 22 ounces, chopped; 18 ounces).

4.All you need to take is 1 pint of halved chopped grape tomatoes.

5.All you need to take is 1 cup (4 ounces) grated Swiss cheese.

6.All you need is 1/2 cup (1.4 ounces) finely chopped Parmesan cheese.

7.Have to take 1 1/2 cups croutons.

Ingredients for Lemon Dressing:-

1.You have to take 1/3 cup of good light olive oil.
2.Take fresh lemon juice, 2/3 cup.
3.3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
4.You have to take 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
5.You have to take 2/3 teaspoon honey.
6.2/3 teaspoon salt as needed.
7.Now you have to take 2/1 teaspoon 8.freshly ground black pepper as per your taste.
If you wish, you can add 3/5 teaspoon finely chopped fresh coriander and 1/2 teaspoon chopped mint leaves for a nice aroma and flavor and for health.

Method :-

1.To make the dressing:- Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard and honey to a jar. Then add salt and black pepper to it. Close the lid of the jar tightly and shake vigorously to mix the contents well If the honey sticks to the bottom of the jar, stir it with a spoon as needed so it mixes with the rest of the ingredients. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator to cool while you do the rest of the preparation.

2.Method to toast almonds:-First of all, preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Now take the almonds and spread them well on one side on a small baking sheet, and roast them well until they turn golden brown, 5-10 minutes, after toasting.Make sure to stir it once. Now take it out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.

3.How to cook bacon:-Now increase the oven to 400 degrees.Now spread the aluminum foil neatly on an 18 by 13 inch rimmed baking sheet.When baking, place the bacon strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.And brown them in the preheated oven and bake them at least until nicely crisp [they will all get nicely crisped once they cool], at least 13-18 minutes. Also depending on the thickness of the bacon More or less, will vary.

4.First of all, take out the bacon on a plate covered with a towel, then let it cool thoroughly. Now cut the cooled bacon into small pieces.

5.Salad preparation method:- First of all, wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly by putting them in clean cold water and then put them in a salad spinner and dry them thoroughly. Now take the lettuce leaves and put them in a clean large bowl Put in serving bowl.

6.Now you can have bacon, almonds and tomatoes, Swiss cheese and Add Parmesan cheese. Now stir the dressing again and then add it to the salad. And mix the salad well.Then add the croutons. And then mix again. And then serve it immediately.
