Everyone likes paneer, paneer is something that can be eaten by both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, many types of dishes are made from paneer It is made in the same way, today we will make paneer fried rice which is very delicious to eat, I like this recipe very much, you too enjoy it.
Ingredients:-
1.Take 3-1 cup boiled rice .
2.Take 1/2 onion, freshly chopped.
3.Take 1 carrot, freshly cleaned and chopped.
4.Take 2 large freshly chopped capsicum.
5.3-Take 1 cup mushrooms.
6.Take 9-10 paneer cubes.
7.Take 1 teaspoon each of ginger and garlic paste.
8.Take oil as per requirement.
9.Take soya sauce, 1 tsp.
10.Take red chili powder, 1/2 tsp.
11.Take black pepper powder, 2 tsp.
12.If you like green coriander for garnish, you can add 2/3 cup.
13.Add salt as per taste.

1.First of all, take a clean pan, heat oil in it, after it gets heated, cut paneer in small cubes, add corn flour and fry till it becomes crispy, now after it is done, put another paneer in it. Take a pan and heat it, after it gets heated add oil in it.
2.Now add garlic-ginger paste in it, then add fried cheese as well and mix it well.
3.Now add all the vegetables like capsicum, mushroom, onion, carrot and toss it well.
4.Now add soya sauce, black pepper powder and red chili powder and mix well.
5.Now add salt to it as per taste and then add cooked rice to it and nd mix everything well.
