Be it a weekend party or if you feel like eating some swadisht dish then this Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll is a very tasty recipe.

Ingredients for making Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll:-

1.Take bread slices, 6-7

2.250 gms Paneer, chopped

3.Take ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon

4.Soya sauce, 2 teaspoons

5. Schezwan sauce, 2 tablespoon

6.Capsicum, chopped, 1/2 cup

7.1/2 cup chopped onion

8.Take oil 1-2 teaspoon

9.Take oil as required for frying

10.Green coriander leaves, for garnish

11.Take water as per requirement

12.take salt as per taste

Easy recipe and recipe of Paneer Schezwan Bread Roll:-

1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds, then add chopped vegetables and mix well.

2.Mix paneer with soya sauce, schezwan sauce and salt. Cook it for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and keep aside.

3.Cut the edges of the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of one slice and cover it with another slice.

4.Seal the edges, fry till the suhare turns brown, serve with chutney.
