Here is a quick and easy pav recipe that you can make at home in just 30 minutes. It is eggless and tastes delicious.
Ingredients:-
Take milk, 3 tbsp.
Take refined flour, 3 cups.
1 teaspoon salt.
Take 1 tablespoon of dry yeast.
Take 1 teaspoon butter.
Take 1 tablespoon sugar.
Take a pinch of baking powder.
Method to make Pav:-
Add the milk, water, sugar, and yeast to a bowl and mix everything gently so that the yeast dissolves thoroughly.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add butter and oil.
After kneading the soft dough, letting it rest for an hour allows the dough to set and the gluten to form properly, making the rotis or any type of bread more soft and tasty.
Grease the pan, add the risen dough, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Now cut the bread into thick loaves and then enjoy it.
Your eggless pav is ready.
