Ingredients:-
1.Plain flour 1/3 cup (100 grams)
2.125 gms butter, chopped
3.Take 150 grams 70% cocoa baking chocolate chopped
4.Take 1/2 cup (110 grams) of castor sugar
5.Eggs, 3 Coles brand Australian free range
6.Take 3/2 cup (g) frozen raspberries
7.Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving
Method:-
1.Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and melt the butter and chocolate in it, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
2.Beat the sugar and eggs with an electric mixer until thick and light, then slowly add the chocolate mixture. Add the sifted flour and mix well.
3.Divide chocolate mixture into four 1-cup (250 ml) ramekins. Top with raspberries and press down gently. Place ramekins on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
4.Serve the pudding immediately with whipped cream or ice cream so that its freshness and sweetness remains intact and the guests can enjoy it thoroughly.
