Ingredients:-
1.0.5 tsp roasted sesame oil
2.soya sauce take 1 tablespoon
3.Rice vinegar 0.75 tbsp
4.White sesame seeds 0.5 tbsp
5. Baby bok choy 350 grams
6. Mayonnaise take 2 tablespoons
7.Tahini, 1 teaspoon
Method:-
1.After bringing a large pot of water to a boil, add half of the baby bok choy pieces and boil for 2 minutes.
2.Soak the bok choy pieces in cold water, then drain and place on a plate to retain their crispness.
3.Roast sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2 minutes.
4.Grind them and mix the paste with the rest of the dressing ingredients. Blend until creamy and smooth.
5.Pour the dressing of your choice over the bok choy. Serve it at room temperature or chilled.
Your bok choy salad is ready.
