Non Fried Masala Raw Banana Chips Recipe

This recipe of non-fried masala banana chips is as simple to make as it is tasty to eat.

Ingredients:-

1.3 peeled raw bananas
2.2/1 teaspoon oil
3.Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon
4.Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
5.Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
6.A pinch of roasted cumin seeds
7.Salt to taste

Method:-

First of all, wash the banana thoroughly, remove its peel, then cut the banana into chips sized pieces with the help of a cutter.

Now add some oil, salt and turmeric to these slices and mix them well.

Put the slices in the air fryer basket and spread them evenly in a single layer, drizzle some oil and air fry at 160 degrees Celsius.

When the chips become slightly warm, sprinkle black pepper powder, red chili powder, chaat masala on them, mix everything well and enjoy this spicy snack.
