Delicious Cheesy Garlic Bubble Bread Pull-Apart Recipe is delicious and delicious. It is perfect to serve with soup or stew.
Ingredients:-
1.5 garlic cloves, crushed
2.Bread flour 3 cups
3.Warm water 1 cup
4.1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5.Cheddar 70 grams
6.Butter 100 grams, softened, grated
7.Instant yeast 3 teaspoons
8.Fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves 1/2 cup, finely chopped cut
Method:-
1.In a clean bowl, mix the butter, parsley, and garlic thoroughly.
2.Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in an electric mixer with a hook attachment.
1. Make a well in the center.
2. Add 2/3 of the warm water and butter mixture.
3. Mix for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover.
5. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
3.Cut the cheese into 30 x 1 cm cubes. Grease a 20 x 30 cm lamington pan with butter .
4.Press the dough and cut it into 3 parts, Roll each part into a 20 cm long log, Cut the log into 10 equal parts, Flatten one part, place a cube of cheese in the centre,Fold the dough into balls, repeat this process with all the dough and cheese, place the balls in the pan and brush with butter, cover and keep in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5.Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced, bake for 30 minutes or until golden, brush with the remaining butter mixture, rest for 10 minutes, and serve.
