Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup queso dip (store-bought or homemade)
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half
12 pickle slices (use any brand you like)
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing on top)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
3. Add queso: Stir in the queso dip until well combined with the beef. Remove from heat.
4. Assemble sliders: Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish. Spread the beef and queso mixture evenly over the rolls. Top with pickle slices. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
5. Optional: Brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor.
6. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and everything is heated through.
7. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious sliders!
