Irresistible Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs – A Creamy, Cheesy Twist on a Classic

Ingredients:

6 large eggs

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons diced pimentos

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Paprika for garnish (optional)

Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Boil the Eggs:

Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let them sit for 10-12 minutes.

Transfer to an ice bath for a few minutes, then peel the eggs.

2. Prepare the Filling:

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, diced pimentos, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Fill the Eggs:

Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

4. Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or parsley if desired.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
