Here is a delicious recipe of thick and creamy broccoli soup for you all.
Ingredients for the soup:-
Take 1 large onion, chopped.
Take chicken broth, 3-1 cup.
Take 1 freshly chopped carrot.
Take butter, 5 tbsp.
Take all purpose flour, 3 tbsp.
1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, cleaned and cut into small florets.
1. 1 cup Artichoke and Jalapeno Dip
2. Spinach, Artichoke and Parmesan Dip
3. La Terra Fina Classic or Greek Yogurt Dip
Take black pepper and salt.
Take croutons for serving.
Method to make Soup:-
1.Melt the butter over medium-high heat.
2.Add broccoli, onion, and carrots.
3.Cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes, until the onions are translucent.
4.Then add the flour and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes, until the flour turns light brown.
5.Now add the broth and bring to a boil over high heat.
6.Reduce the heat and cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes, until it is very soft.
You can use an immersion blender or a food processor to blend the dip. Puree the soup using a blender or immersion blender, and then add salt and pepper to taste.
Your thick and creamy broccoli soup is ready, hot, serve it now.
