¼ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

¼ teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs

½ teaspoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

For the Sandwich:

4 to 6 bread slices (white, brown, or whole wheat)

Butter for spreading

1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves (optional)

Cheese slices (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables (5 minutes)

Wash and finely chop all the vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and onion).

Ensure they are cut into small, even pieces for a better texture in the sandwich.

Step 2: Mix the Filling (5 minutes)

In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise.

Add chopped vegetables, black pepper, red chili flakes, oregano, lemon juice, and salt.

Mix everything well until all the ingredients are well coated.

Step 3: Assemble the Sandwich (3 minutes)

Take bread slices and spread a thin layer of butter on them.
