Paneer bhurji sandwich is very tasty to eat, it can be eaten at any time, like breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening snack.
Ingredients:-
•Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
•4 slices of bread
•Butter 2 tsp
•Grated garlic, 1 teaspoon
•Oil 1 tablespoon
•Salt
•small tomato 1
•Dried mango powder 1/4 teaspoon
•Garam masala 1/2 tsp
•a pinch of turmeric
•Paneer (cottage cheese), grated 1/3 cup
•Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
•1 medium sized onion
Method:-
1.Heat oil in a clean pan, add garlic and cumin seeds and fry. Then remove from heat
2.Add paneer, red chili powder, masala powder, salt, turmeric, coriander leaves, and dry mango powder.
3.Apply butter on the bread then place onion rings, tomatoes and paneer bhurji on it. Close the sandwich and then grill it.
Paneer Bhurji Sandwich is ready, serve it and enjoy it.
