This stew is a truly delicious and colorful dish made in the slow cooker using McCormick® Chili Seasoning, which adds a touch of Mexican-inspired spicy flavor.
Ingredients:-
1.2 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces and trimmed well.
2.Take 1 cup chopped onion.
3.Thaw 2/1 frozen corn kernels and cut them into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
4.1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained and rinsed.
5.1 can (15 ounces) of kidney beans, thoroughly rinsed and drained.
6.1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce.
7.Get Chili Seasoning Mix , 2 packages McCormick® .
8.2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained.
Method:-
1.First of all take a clean cooker and put pork meat, corn and beans on low flame.
2.Mix the seasoning mix, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and onions well and then pour it over the pork mixture. After this, stir lightly and cover.
3.Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Sprinkle with cilantro.
