Ingredients:
2 medium-sized sweet oranges (such as tangerines or navel oranges), peeled and sliced
1 large burrata cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup roasted pistachios or almonds
1 handful of fresh basil or mint leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
