Mini S’mores Bites Recipe
These bite-sized treats bring all the flavors of classic s’mores—graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows—into a delicious, easy-to-make dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
12 mini marshmallows
6 squares milk chocolate (or chocolate chips)
12 mini muffin liners (or a greased mini muffin tin)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare the Crust:
In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Evenly distribute the mixture into the mini muffin liners or greased tin.
Press down firmly to create a solid base.
3. Bake the Crust:
Bake for about 5 minutes, just until the crust sets. Remove from the oven.
4. Add the Chocolate & Marshmallows:
Place a piece of chocolate on each crust while it’s still warm.
Add a mini marshmallow on top.
5. Toast the Marshmallows:
Return the muffin tin to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. (For a toastier effect, broil for a few seconds.)
6. Cool & Serve:
Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your mini s’mores!
