Ingredients:

2 Sumo Citrus, peeled and segmented

1 cup fresh mango, diced

1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

¼ cup red onion, finely diced

½ cup cotija cheese (or feta), crumbled

½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon Tajín or mild chili-lime seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Tortilla chips or tostadas for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients: Cut the Sumo Citrus segments into bite-sized pieces. Dice the mango and finely chop the jalapeño, onion, and cilantro.

2. Mix Everything: In a mixing bowl, combine the citrus, mango, jalapeño, red onion, and cotija cheese. Sprinkle in the chili powder, Tajín, and salt.
