Ingredients:-
4 large ripe avocados, cleaned and roughly chopped.
Take 4 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil.
Add 1/4 cup maple syrup to taste.
Take cocoa powder, 1/4 cup.
Take chocolate chips, 2/1 cup.
Take 4/1 chammch salt.
Take 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Use 1/4 cup non-dairy milk, 1/4 cup as needed.
Method:-
1.Keep all the material in one place.
2.Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring gently for 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, melt in the microwave on medium-low power, stirring every 20 seconds.
3.Blend the melted chocolate, avocado, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender or food processor.
4.Mix for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth, scraping the bowl occasionally.
5.If the mixture is thick, add 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk. Taste it, add maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
6.Pour the mousse into a serving bowl and let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. If storing for a few hours, no need to cover as it is thick and does not set.
