This all-in-one sheet pan meal is perfect for a stress-free Easter feast! It includes juicy roasted ham, crispy potatoes, tender asparagus, and honey-glazed carrots—all cooked together for minimal cleanup.

Ingredients:

For the Ham:

1 ½ lbs boneless ham, sliced

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

For the Potatoes:

1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried rosemary

For the Carrots:

2 cups baby carrots

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp melted butter

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

For the Asparagus:

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Prepare the Ham

1. In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper.

2. Place ham slices on one side of the sheet pan and brush with the glaze.

Step 3: Roast the Potatoes

1. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.

2. Spread them evenly on the sheet pan next to the ham.

3. Roast for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Step 4: Prepare the Carrots

1. Toss baby carrots with honey, melted butter, salt, and pepper.

2. After 20 minutes, add them to the sheet pan and roast for another 15 minutes.

Step 5: Add the Asparagus

1. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Add asparagus to the sheet pan during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Step 6: Final Touch & Serve

1. Remove the sheet pan from the oven.

2. Let the ham rest for 5 minutes before serving.
