Quick Crispy Zucchini Fritters recipe

This delicious vegetarian dish to eat in summer or winter will touch your heart. You must eat this recipe with your family.

Ingredients:-

1.Take 2/1 cup flour.

2.Take 2 large eggs.

3.Take salt, 2/1 teaspoon.

4.For cooking you will need olive oil, 5 tbsp.

5.Take 1 tablespoon chives, chopped.

6.salt and pepper, to taste .

7.Take 4 medium sized zucchini, roughly chopped.

8.1 10 ounce container La Terra Fina Tzatziki Feta Dip/Spread, divided.

How to make Crispy Zucchini Fritters:-

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking pan with parchment paper to prepare for baking.

2.Place the zucchini in a colander, add salt and let it drain in the sink for 10 minutes. Then, place in a clean teapot and squeeze out any excess liquid.

3.Combine flour, eggs, ¼ cup Tzatziki with Feta Dip and Spread, and chives in a bowl. Add zucchini and mix well.

4. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.

. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.

. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

5.Place on paper towels to absorb oil, then transfer to a baking pan.

6.Cook well for 10 minutes.

7.Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tzatziki, feta dip and spreads. Enjoy hot!
