Recipe for Spicy Vegetable Fried Rice

Make this spicy fried rice recipe with the leftover rice from last night, which is very tasty to eat. If you do not have rice left from last night, you can also enjoy fried rice by boiling rice as per your requirement as per our recipe given below.

Ingredients for making fried rice with green vegetables:-

1.Take boiled rice, 1 bowl.

2.Take 5-4 freshly chopped cabbages.

3.Take 1 teaspoon chopped carrot.

4.3-2 chopped garlic.

5.Take 1 red chilli, finely chopped.

6.We will take fresh green onion for garnishing.

7.You will need 3-5 baby corns in cut pieces.

8.Take black pepper.

9.Take 1 teaspoon oil .

10.Take 3-5 spoons of beans.

11.Take 3/1 teaspoon sesame seeds.

12.Take 1 spoon soya sauce.

13.You will need 3-2 tablespoons (optional) wine.

14.If you like curry leaves then you can add them in the seasoning otherwise not.

15.You can add 3/4 teaspoon chopped coriander if you like it.

16.Add salt as per taste and requirement.

Method to make Fry Rice:-

1.First of all take a clean pan, after it gets heated put 1 tbsp oil in it, now add green chillies and garlic and fry it well.

2.Now put beans, carrots, cabbage, baby corn in it and fry it. Now add sesame oil in it and then add rice also.

3.Now add black pepper, soy sauce, salt and wine in it and then cook well for 1 minute.

4.Now garnish it with green onion and serve it hot and eat it with enjoyment.
