Creamy Cajun Potato Soup Recipe This is a soup that you can easily make at home.

Ingredients :-

1.4-5 Yukon Gold potatoes, cleaned, peeled and chopped into pieces.

2.Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

3.Take butter, 2 tbsp.

4.Take 1 chopped yellow onion.

5.Take 1 green capsicum, freshly chopped.

6.2/1 clove of garlic chopped.

7.Take 4 cups of chicken broth or vegetable broth.

8.Take 2 stalks of celery, chopped.

9.Parmesan cheese 4/1 cup grated.

10.Add 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, to taste.

11.1 pound andouille smoked sausage, cut into round slices.

12.Take cream, 1 cup heavy.

Method:-

1.Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl with a little water and cook on high for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until the potatoes are soft.

2.Heat butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook until onion is bubbly and perforated, about 5 minutes. Add andouille and cook for about 5 minutes.

3.Cook the potatoes in the vegetable broth over low heat so that they melt well. Cook it for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes become soft.

4.Stir in cream and Cajun seasoning to taste; cook until hot. Serve hot in bowls. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each bowl.
