Ingredients:-
1.Grated, 5-6 carrots,
2.Green coriander leaves,
3.Lemon juice 1 teaspoon if you like then 4.add it or else don’t add it,
5.Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
6.1/2 teaspoon salt as per taste,
7.Water as per requirement
Method:-
1.Grind together carrots, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger. Add water/ice to make a thick paste.
2.Add black pepper and lemon juice and salt. Then stir the juice well and drink it immediately.
