Ingredients:

4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

1 chicken breast (grilled and sliced)

2 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)

4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)

1 avocado (diced)

½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)

½ cup blue cheese (crumbled) (or feta cheese)

For the Dressing:

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients: Grill the chicken breast and slice it into strips. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it. Boil eggs, peel, and slice them.

2. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl or plate, arrange chopped romaine lettuce as the base.

3. Add toppings: Neatly place sliced chicken, eggs, crumbled bacon, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, and blue cheese on top.
